Objective: The paraoxonase 1 (PON-1) enzyme is an important antioxidant. balance between oxidative stress and antioxidant defense mechanisms disturbed during asthma attacks. activity of the PON-1 related to gene polymorphism. This study aimed evaluate Q192R polymorphism in asthmatic children.
